(a) Increasing our customer base over the spectrum of industrial, engineering, mining, wineries, government and semi government departments, and building and construction contractors.

(b) Providing a service whereby our customers have established a confidence in our reliability to the extent necessary for the success of their respective business.

(c) Became a member of an Australia wide buying group (namely Industrial Supply Group)

Our stock range extends some 18,000 line items and through special arrangements with our suppliers we are able to obtain 'out of stock' items on an overnight basis so as to maintain the level of service to our customers.
